The SupAbilities Team
Jason Rosenberg, Founder and Owner
Welcome! I am Jason Rosenberg, the dedicated Founder and Owner of SupAbilities, a top-tier autism waiver provider based in Maryland. My journey in the realm of autism began as a Para Educator in a specialized behavioral program, a role that fueled my desire to profoundly impact the lives of individuals with autism.
In my pursuit to make a more significant difference, I obtained a Master’s Degree in Special Education. This rigorous training equipped me with a deep understanding of the unique needs of individuals with autism, preparing me to provide them with the exceptional support they deserve.
My commitment to improving the lives of those with autism led me to a teaching position at a Special Education School. There, I taught a variety of subjects, emphasizing the importance of a comprehensive education for individuals with autism.
I later took on the role of a Behavioral Specialist, delving deep into the complexities of behavioral patterns and challenges encountered by individuals with autism. My focus was on developing innovative strategies and interventions to enhance their quality of life and foster independence.
To broaden my impact, I furthered my education at the Hood College Educational Leadership Masters Program, obtaining my Administration I & Administration II National certifications. These qualifications prepared me for leadership roles in the field of special education, and specifically in autism waiver services.
In an effort to create an organization that truly makes a difference, I collaborated with colleagues, families, and community members to establish SupAbilities. Our company is grounded in the principle of embracing individual abilities and educating families and communities to foster independence for all, specializing in providing autism waiver services.
At SupAbilities, we are committed to delivering top-quality autism waiver services to individuals and their families throughout Maryland. Our programs empower individuals, promote independence, and foster a society that values and celebrates the unique abilities of every individual.
My extensive experience and dedication to the autism community make me confident that SupAbilities will have a lasting impact as a leading autism waiver provider. Our mission is to transform lives, create a more inclusive environment, and ensure every individual with autism receives the necessary support to thrive.
Leading SupAbilities and working with a team as committed as I am to enhancing the lives of individuals with autism is an honor. Together, we are creating a future where people with autism are valued, understood, and provided with opportunities they deserve, all while strengthening our reputation as a top autism waiver provider in Maryland.

Ms. Delsack has created a number of programs that, as she says, enrich the lives of others as well as enriching her own. One of her favorites was the Book Club for Montgomery County Public Libraries that accepted all who wanted to participate and created a differentiated curriculum so all had a voice
